This quaint housing project encompasses just over 20 acres, and incorporates both city and private streets.  Lyons Park rests atop the north side of the City of Spokane.  It is proposed to be constructed in phases over a 4-5 year period, and will encompass over 40 acres.  This community will provide for nearly 180 residential living units with a variety of home styles and price ranges.
